September 2009 To be in the Real Estate industry nowadays you need a strong belief system that God or a higher power in the universe does and will take care of you. In a perfect world all Realtors would be trained, be responsible, have social skills (above the average), and most importantly an Overall good knowledge of the current market conditions , upcoming trends as well as a moral compass to guide their ethics. That is, in a perfect world...when was the last time we lived in that world? In the Real World , there are the punctual ones, the underdressed / overdressed , loud , pushy, timid, smart one’s, and the know it all. And then there are the ones that love what they do , they do the homework, listen to either the buyer or the seller and work in the interest’s of that party. If I may humbly say I am one of those. Real Estate is my career choice, and after 20 + years in the Banking Industry I’m here to serve in a honorable competent capacity to put my inside knowledge to work. But now with the kids grown up and my love for the process of helping my clients find their dream home or wise investment ...you find me here praying to a higher power to take care of all of us. I know it’s tough out there. If you’re upside down or loss of income or it’s just plain time to move on, there are no guarantees! I wont promise that … it’s just too unpredictable the outcome. However I will guarantee many hours of work and strive to make every effort to minimum your damages and exhaust every effort , that a closing will happen. Nevertheless, this is what I do, this is what I love. I know it , God/Universe knows it and you will too ! |
